Quarantine Fee: Fixed fees applied for
both inward and outward movements. For vessels < 10,000
GT: 95 USD per movement. For vessels ≥ 10,000 GT: 110
USD per movement.

Pilotage Charge: Progressive rate tiers
apply per NM based on GT. Minimum charge of $300 per
movement applies.
